The solution to Glove Wastage
The Problem
Standard glove boxes are not packed efficiently. Gloves can be poorly layered and when pulling one glove, it unavoidably brings several gloves along with it. These must then be discarded or are frequently pushed back inside the box risking further contamination.
Studies have shown that with standard glove dispensers a minimum of 10% of gloves fall off the box while dispensing due to overflow spillage and are therefore thrown away. In some cases the findings were much worse with 30%-40% gloves found being discarded.
The Solution
Interleaving guarantees only one glove is dispensed at a time.
Cuff 1st™ dispensing stops gloves from sticking together.
Dispensing one glove at a time also provides easier and quicker donning.

Disposable Examination Glove Wastage Analysis
A swedish hospital group, cited in a 2023 report about the carbon impact of Healthcare, identified that 6% of their own waste (almost 3 million) was due to glove wastage that had fallen on the floor and therefore had to be thrown away.
